Hotel location is wonderful, but they have an issue with facility. The room wan not cleaned spicily the bed, The bed sheet was not changed from the last costumer, and I asked to change it, the door lock was not working fine, it need maintenance, the bath room what was leaking shower water in all over the bath room. The breakfast was poor in contains, the hotel doesn't provide laundry service location is great, its near from the central park and the metro station, and its easy to reach. Miserable! Everything Misrepresented the accommodation. No sofa. We upgraded just to have a sofa. The facility is not enforcing masks in the public area. The manager is oblivious. The room we were moved to #1204 was dirty. Window cracked and filthy and no screens. The elevator is inadequate for use by cleaning staff and guests. No fire escape ladder in the room. Will never stay there again For the money to have a clean and comfortable room and quiet Nothing it was very dirty couldn't even take a shower.
Avoid it if you can spend even a little more... Rooms really small. No heating. I needed to run the cheap A/C unit all night (noisy and not really too hot). Some staff completely useless. Some others, on the other hand, tried to help as much as they could. Not much.
Guess I'm just used to much bigger rooms... The Air conditioner had black mold. The rooms were super small and I initially booked the room because it was advertised as a double room. When I think double room I think a door seperating room from room, this one literally had an extra space for twin bed on the other corner of the room. The people were super friendly. There were suffice toiletries and helpful staff.

Room was too small for the price. I should have had a bathtub in the bathroom The price for how small the room was. It could have at least been within walking distance to Central Park Didn’t eat the breakfast
Inaceptable Bastante sucio, descuidado, mobiliario mediocre con roturas,toallas de baño pequeñas,sin acondicionador de pelo,aire acondicionado ruidoso;vidrios sucios ,wifi casi nulo y un solo ascensor para 12 pisos.- Lamentable ya q se encuentra a pasos del Central Park y de Columbus Av q es excepcional .- -
