TERRIBLE!!! DIRTY! it was filthy! the linen was terrible there was no bedside lamps the blinds were falling apart the drawers were broken and the furniture was totally scuffed there was only 1 bedside table the walls were dirty the carpets looked like they had never been cleaned it literally felt like a prison would not stay here again! location to the park the lady at reception ( night staff) was so lovely and friendly
great location, not comfortable amenities at all. was to small, not clean. no assessable, some times the cleaning cars where in the middle of the hallway and the stroller couldn’t fit. rooms where dark and didn’t felt clean, to stay. the location was great, specially for a short trip.
Bad Filthy. Everything. Obstructing stairs with maids cart full time. FIRE HAZARD! Fine. Good location.
Very Poor the windows were not sealed or would not close so the bathroom was freezing rooms very small bed very hard close to the marathon finish line
i checked out at the earliest opportunity. not a place ti stay. room size and trick in marketing location, staff and waffle for breakfast
Great location but needs updating Holes in sheets. Not enough towels. No breakfast offered. I was charged twice for the stay and still waiting to see if I will get refunded. Location was great. Near central park. Shower was hot.

DIRTY, don't book here! DIRTY, first room had bed bugs, we were assigned another room in a different floor, and when we were inspecting the sheets, they were dusty, stained and teared. We decided to sleep over them instead. Towels were also dusty, which I found out after showering! Good location in the busy Upper West Side The staff was friendly and helpful The rooms were exceedingly small, particularly the bathrooms. The breakfasts were adequate. I"m uncertain that we would stay there again
