Dissatisfied and never will I book here again. The property was dirty and the the beds were stained and the shower was dirty with filt. I notice a lot of homeless people were around the building and even drunks. My children were not happy with this place and the pictures that you have online DO NOT look the same. The swimming pool was broken and green I overall was dissatisfied and will never book here again. I also called the front desk to discuss the fact that I didn’t have a microwave nor a fridge. The staff were nice .
Got covered in bedbug bites My bed had bedbugs, I tried to complain via email/booking.com messenger but kept getting ignored. The location was good!
Disappointing
Good location. Should have been told that the pool wasn’t working and we would have cancelled and booked somewhere else Pool “under maintenance”, the only reason we booked this hotel was for the pool. Saw no one working on it and it looked like it hadn’t been used for a while No fire alarm in room People staying at the hotel who were obviously under the influence of drugs The location was good!

No me gustó que cobren tanto dinero por el parqueo No me gustó que oliera full a hiervas que consumen, habían personas que me generaban desconfianza con mal aspecto y aparte de eso cobran 45$ por el estacionamiento, al final terminas pagando más que en otro hotel, en mejores condiciones Me gustó la ubicación está muy bien ubicado
Não gostei, mesmo sendo barato, vale a pena investir um pouco mais e ficar em outro O prédio tem um aspecto assustador de velho, abandonado e sem manutenção. Cama confortável.
It was low maintenance a lot of the appliances did work in the hotel room. And there was water leak spots in the ceiling Parking was not included. It’s valet only and 30 bucks for 24 hours Mid downtown
