BOOKING.COM DISAPPOINTS I changed my booking from 4 nights to 3 nights. I received a confirmation that the booking was changed. We arrived to be told our booking was canceled and no room available. No help or assistance, basically told tough luck. We couldn't find another room in the CBD for under $500 USD a night. We ended up at the Holiday Inn out by the Airport for 4x the cost of the original booking, plus I spent around $500 on Ubers to get in and out of the CBD. Adequate but far from luxury and price paid and not told about construction underway. In need of renovation, outer door didn't lock. Breakfast was Spartan and ran out of coffee and supplies.

I was kicked out on a cold night They kicked me out because I forgot to bring a credit card. They left me homeless on a cold night they will probably not give my money back that I paid. A friend that stayed their and many reviews say they have bed bugs Nothing

À FUIR Cet hébergement est à FUIR, le sol du lobby est sale, l’ascenseur est à moitié cassé, nous avons du changer notre chambre car il y avait de la terre sur les draps, de la poussière sur les meubles, le sol etait pas nettoyé, le plafond de la douche tombait par petits bouts à cause de l’érosion.
