I was so uncomfortable staying there I barely slept due to the noise outside and the people walking around the doors. Open courtyard parking area was LOUD and all doors lead outside and very bright. Parking was underground and very tight, DO NOT drive a truck! I would never stay there again Close to food
It was dirty, smelly, and unpleasant. Everything. The floors were nasty, the building and rooms smelled like cigarettes and mold, the sink was full of crap and had a leak, and the expensive parking lot was in horrible shape. Nothing.
I should have done more research on this place but 100% would not stay here again. The lady that checked me in was not rude, but not nice either. Parking was sketchy and I made sure to keep my head on a swivel as I didn’t exactly feel safe. Room was dirty and gross. Spider on shower wall, candy in the floor stains on walls, ceilings and even spare toilet paper roll. The bed was comfortable. I did not eat breakfast.
Bad First they will charge 45dllrs for parking per night. Then I was charged an extra night because they said i left my luggage on the room after I had left they said they try calling me or contact me but no calls were made or emails were sent. They refuse to refund the money, Breakfast only had cereal and oranges The waffle machine didn't work. Location is great

Es sin duda la peor estancia en un hotel en USA. Tratan de engañarte. Es muy sucio y el personal trata de engañarte con muchas acciones. Es conocido en la ciudad por ser un lugar de trafico de drogas, incluso el personal demuestra cierto aspecto sospechoso. Nada

Worst experience! Recommend is to stay away from this location Customer service was poor, first room was wide open and stuff inside. The next room we were given the privacy lock didn’t work properly, shower head was broken to where the water wouldn’t always get out of the tub unable to adjust it. 2 lights didn’t work and when brought to the front desk we were greeted by a nasty response. We would have left but already paid for parking ect. Worst hotel we ever stayed at. Close to downtown austin and hot water but that’s it
