Horrible, no me vuelvo a hospedar ahí Nada me gustó. Todo el hotel está en pésimas condiciones, está muy sucio. Las habitaciones huelen horrible. Los pisos y alfombras manchadas, las puertas sucias. Todo el hotel en abandono total de mantenimiento. No hubo algo que me gustara.

Unbelievable, as in I couldn't believe I paid to stay here!!! Where do I begin? The hotel was in horrible condition. The pictures on the website were very deceiving. The manager was not very hospitable and the rooms were horrible. Very dirty, bugs and trash in room. Bath tub was very dirty. There was nothing to like about my stay here. The one bright spot was the valet guy, very helpful and informative. Will never stay here again!!! The valet guy was very helpful.

Fair It was very very dirty little bugs on the floor, the sheets were stained, our first room that was given to us the ceiling in the restroom fell through nothing

Disappointing
I paid online, I had mistakenly booked for the following day. I paid cash & was charged anyway. I paid online but found the I had mistakenly booked for the following day. I paid cash and checked out the next morning. Much to my dismay my reservation that I had booked online was charged for the following night's stay when I was at home in my warm comfy bed and not in Austin.
