Really great but has some fixable issues There's construction which is fine, but the workers are really loud and smoke in the guest pathways, which isn't necessary. The room staff are avoidant also, they wouldnt take the dirty towels or replace them. Also the king bed is sideways for some reason so I had to sleep on an angle or my feet went off the edge, which I didn't mind but is weird and if you have a partner it would be an issue I think. huge disappointment w/ a side of bugs in our room. Very dirty and run down. Construction going on. Our room had so many bugs in it & it was disgusting to sleep with at night, then our fire alarm began beeping at 2am, 5 bugs crawled out of it. Finally asked for a room change at 3am. Luckily our next room did not have bugs in it. But it had a weird smell, no tv remote, and still not super clean. Definitely learned my lesson not to book at this hotel chain again. Other than the location, nothing.

pay for a nicer hotel Hotel is run down, stains everywhere, first room had cockroachs running around and had to move to another room. Construction on the hotel started at 7:30am Great location, helpful staff

Don't stay there There was a scam being ran for charging 35 a day for parking, there was blood on the bathroom wall, breakfast area was always trashed, the way we had to go to get to the room was ridiculous. Not much of anything.
