Disap pointed It was not cleaned, at Christmas morning I found big bug in my bathroom. It scared me so much that I packed immediately and checked out. Still did not get refund for the last three days i have payed. Location was good, close to downtown
Overall I wouldn’t stay here again, I’d pay the extra money to stay somewhere cleaner and nicer. Our first room we were given didn’t have a bathroom door and along with that the toilet wouldn’t flush unless you took the top off to manually flush it. The second room was better but definitely still not the best, the air conditioner is so loud, the walls are thin you hear every noise outside and in the rooms around you. The hair dryer didn’t work. Overpriced for a motel that needs renovation Room requires a dehumidifier which was also noisy! Building clearly in need of repair with holes and plaster falling down. Bedding and bathroom were clean. Room was a good size.

Good , but have some problems when I check out! Make me feel bed I don’t know, what’s going on, I booked online and checked in on time and pay, but next day I got emailed that my booking was cancelled, I have some bag in room , I not yet checked out, I call hotel but they said they not allowing me in the room. It not my mistake and I payed, its system problems. Luckily they not kick me out at night, if something like that happened, they gonna have problems with me because I already pay ! Location

Really great but has some fixable issues There's construction which is fine, but the workers are really loud and smoke in the guest pathways, which isn't necessary. The room staff are avoidant also, they wouldnt take the dirty towels or replace them. Also the king bed is sideways for some reason so I had to sleep on an angle or my feet went off the edge, which I didn't mind but is weird and if you have a partner it would be an issue I think.
