Bad Upon viewing the outside of the building and seeing a broken window air conditioner it turned my stomach! Not the QUALITY of the La Quinta Hotels that I have stayed at in the past, There was not ample parking, a separate charge of $45.00 per day to park in their parking lot which was not communicated until a few days before arrival which by then it was too late to cancel my reservation. Fue incómoda situación vendieron mi reserva Vendieron mi reserva y perdí muchas horas buscando otro hotel y estaba con mi bb, decepción total. Y me tube q hospedar en un confort suite q estába cercano pero están en vías de construcción la ciudad y fue súper incómodo aparte que gaste casi el doble del presupuesto solo por q ellos vendieron mi reserva la quinta. Es limpio buena ubicación

Pésima experiencia Todo muy mal servicio, el de la recepción muy grosero. Y después al día siguiente miramos una cucaracha. No nos volvemos a quedar allí otra vez necesita mucha pero mucha renovación. Si pudiera le daría un cero Nada

Preocupación por no saber qué pasará con el primer pago Tuvieron que pagar con otra tarjeta de Credito, porque no aceptaron el pago en línea que se había hecho. De hecho aún tengo el primer cargo en la tarjeta que había hecho en línea y no me dan respuesta de la cancelación. Con el Alojamiento bien

At checkout everyone seemed to have heard about our issues but no management reached out to ask us about our experience- Our first night the TV/cable box did not work, one bed had blood stained sheets, one bed did not have a fitted sheet, the shower curtain was broken and the bathroom door did not close properly. The desk agent offered us to change rooms at 1 AM - that’s not reasonable. The agent also was aware of homeless persons on the property but only warned me of the fact - he didn’t seem to care. Muy mala Hotel viejo y sucio, totalmente desagradable, pésima actitud del personal, sinceramente no se cómo sigue operando, no cuenta con mantenimiento y está totalmente descuidado, no hay limpieza Solo la ubicacion
