I had one of the worst experience in my whole life . I was decided to go there because of la Quinta but never ever go t I had one of the worst experience in my whole life . Strategic location but questionable sanitary conditions I didn't like the valet parking service and that it was mandatory. It was honestly very expensive ($51 per day and they didn't even metion that when we booked it) and I asked the employee to park the car myself because I didn't want the service (even tho we paid for it) and he declined. So, it was kind of annoying and made us loose time every time we were going out in the car. Another important thing is... the whole hotel looked very dirty and old. Good location, old hotel in need of some love and care 1. The toilet clogged in our first room, we had to move to a different room. And then the toilet clogged there again. This was not due to my poo clogging it, as i usually poo then flush then wipe. Plumbing was just very poor. 2. Hallways and other shared areas are not clean, very dated. 3. Breakfast was very average. Ran out of plates, no fresh food just stale bread, cereal and a waffle machine. 4. Elevator feels like it's going to break at any second. Overall, good loca... read more

Poor The receptionist was rude.. I had just driven almost 9hrs to austin and I still managed to be respectful.. and she was just not having it so it made my experience very unpleasant.. It was a one night stay. It was comfortable and clean...

Disappointing Que el. personal es muy poco atento el estacionamiento esta en el. Hotel y se cobra extra. Además de que es caro el servicio de restaurante la persona a cargo atiende mal en todo el momento no solto la bolsa. Ni el celular no resurril los alimentos faltantes a pesar de que seguían llegando huéspedes y nos corrio diciendo prácticamente gritando que quedaban 5 min para terminar la hora de desayuno La ciudad

Bad. will never book there again. for the price i could have stayed at a Courtyard The cost of this room was ridiculous for what i got. The door to the room had gaps and i could hear people walking by at all hours of the night. there was a roach on the sink when i woke up in the morning. The toilet tank had a leak when i returned from the conference on the 1st day. I had to fix it myself. they charged $45/day for valet parking which is outrageous. The elevator smelled.
