Even though it is the closest to my home for quests to stay in, I will try somewhere else next time. One of the room had been smoked in and when we told the guys he just shrugged! A good night sleep

Bad I was completely humiliated and degraded by the employee working that night. She was rude and extremely unprofessional and humiliated me in front of other guests checking in Nothing at all. I left because I was treated so horribly and spent even more money to stay at another Wyndham property, the baymont on 6th ave where I was greeted promptly, kindly and professionally by a wonderful compassionate young woman named shelby. Fair staff onsite we had a late arrival due to canceled flight, we had to drive 1000 miles to hotel. When we got there the staff had abandoned there post and we were not allowed to check into our 2nd room. we all had to pile into the room my daughter had checked into earlier. We had called facility and let them know we were arriving late

Disappointing A bit outdated, beds could be more comfortable- all I did was turn all night trying to get comfortable but never could. Lots of dog poup left untouched all over property, which is disgusting. The main issue was all the snow and ice on the property. Their snow removal company obviously did a quick and poor job leaving it difficult to walk, and near impossible to pull a suitcase around! Might stay again if it's in the summer, when I know all ice and snow would be melted.
