Fair The room was really dirty- bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages with hair, dust, gunk/debris

Fair Room had one thin window pane and room faced the highway, 50 feet away. Room was very loud all night long. Close to highway

Pleasant Mold in the bathroom and there was a stain on the bedding. Pet friendly access

Not good There was no hot water for the entire time we were there. We left early

Fine for last minute getting snowed in but wouldn’t recommend or stay again. Room smelled like smoke. No food or toiletries to purchase. Shower and bathroom were old and not very helpful. Staff checking in and checking out (morning during breakfast) was super friendly and kind. Breakfast was fine and plenty. Location was convenient.

I'm sorry to hear that the front desk agent didn't tell you that you could contact the front desk for extra toiletries that we hand out for free, also we do have a snack machine on second floor above the lobby. In the lobby we have free coffee, tea, hot chocolate and fresh fruit. I do hope in the future that you'll consider giving us one more try. We do appreciate your feedback. Thanks again.

Inconvenience daily with key card, we are senior citizens and this was annoying. Strong smell of dog urine in room, especially when the air conditioning went on,. Also, everytime we went out for the day and then came back, our card key never worked. We had to go to the main desk to have key activated.. The front desk person, Jennifer, was not helpful in rectifying this and could not care less. Location of inn, very clean

Staying away from this place would be smart. Everything about this place was a hard NO Walls were paper thin, so I could hear the people in the room next to me up partying all night. There was a poop smear on the wall in the bathroom. I let the front desk know, and still nothing was done about it.

We only picked la Quinta because thry allow fogs Night clerk was friendly, day clerk not so much First night it snowed and we couldn’t use the heater. It smelled so bad. Was cleaned the next day and like all Hester’s in hotel rooms, worked marginally OK.
