Bad Everything was a hassle from the moment I checked in til I checked out. Asked for maid service and didn't get it then asked for towels and was told I had to wait til morning. I couldn't even watch tv cause I didn't get a remote and the tv only had an on & off button. When I asked for one they couldn't produce one. Worst service ever

Awful small bathroom, somebody hair on the towel, towels were not changed every day. Homeless person in the hallway. A p I said already! Nothing

Disappointing The bed was hard on the edge and caved in the middle. The breakfast was supposed to be ready at 6, and the person didnt have it ready until 7. The staff was friendly.

Disappointing The room was really small and the bed was super uncomfortable. Also the adjoining rooms walls are very thin and we had to listen to another couple fight the whole night. Staff was really nice and the value was decent.

Fair Breakfast hours where very short. Lots of people hanging around outside all night. Made me feel like my vehicle wasnt safe. Building smelled like smoke. Staff was very nice. Room was big. Price was good.

I wouldn't recommend this place nor stay there ever again. Service could had been better. This place o KY had one person dealing with the phones n checking people in and out. It was very stressful to watch one person do it all. The bag was a joke. Small bottle of water, a tiny Danish, n thr only thing decent was a yogurt. We paid $100.00 dollars for one night and we couldn't even get a cart to bring our bags down.
