Fair The room i booked online was not the room i got ... i was informed that the pictures online was old and i did not get any discount plus i waited all morning just to get a room that was ready all day location was close to the city.. easy access back and forth food was close by parking was a bit weird only 12 parking spaces

Bad Personnel super désagréable, ils n'appliquent pas les prix qu'on a sur booking, ils changent plus, la chambre n'est pas nettoyée entre 2 nuits, la carte pour ouvrir la porte ne fonctionne pas, je dépends du réceptionniste désagréable pour m'ouvrir à chaque fois que je veux rentrer dans ma chambre. Je suis très très déçue de cet hôtel qui au final m'a coûté plus cher qu'un hôtel vers Manhattan. Rien

I did not stay,I requested a refund and had to find a new hotel It was dirty,smelled or cigarettes and mold. Bed was not made and the staff was rude. I like NOTHING about this hotel. It was dirty stinky and nasty. The staff was rude and dismissive,when I complained about the room,I was given a paper to email regarding a refund was never offered a new room.
