Fair there was no room service throughout the stay, TV wasn't working. There was no AC in the hallway and elevator. Beds were comfy. Bathroom was fine

We somehow spent just 2 nights (5 hrs of sleep) in the hotel. the rooms smelled like cat pee, the entire place smelled like weed. The bathroom sink was clogged, had to wash baby bottles in the bathtub, the toilet flush wasn’t working properly. Not enough light in the room. The common dining space was so filthy, not enough appliances. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room. the location

Poor Everywhere dirt , everyday's issues with access card to room, laud from other rooms. Location, near the subway station.

Fair air conditioner was so loud

Worst experience! I would never recommend to anyone. They should be kicked out from the franchise. Very rude employees. Rooms were never cleaned and full of dust on furniture surface. Broken lights which were never fixed even tho multiple requests made during the stay. No bathroom supplies. No breakfast served even the website mentioned free breakfast.
