it was awful the receptionist was rude and tried to scam us, our cards couldn’t open the door because the card reader was broken so we had to ask the receptionist to open the door every time we come back again to the motel, and they didn’t fix that. nothing

Very Poor Front desk no there the owner from india they are dirty No pillow is have 2 small one I ask for 2 more he said no I did sleep I used my back pack the pillow to tiny bad hotel

Fair la limpieza del hotel no es buena... durante 5 dias que estuvimos en el hotel, no pasaron una sola vez a realizar limpieza en la habitacion... los pasillos con basura en las puertas de las habitaciones por la falta de limpieza interior... el hotel tiene una muy buena ubicacion... muy cerca de dos estaciones del metro y con restaurantes muy cercanos para almuerzo y cena..

Engaño publicitario y deficiencia sanitaria de hotel No hay limpieza en la habitación , se encuentran residuos de comida en el piso cuando llegamos, la alfombra esta sucia al caminar con medias quedaban sucias del polvo grasa que tiene la alfombra. No cambiaban la ropa de cama .Polvo en los muebles y armarios. Cuando llegamos nos dicen que no hay servicio de desayuno , cuando tomamos la decisión del hotel era por el desayuno incluido , esto afecto mi presupuesto en 500 dolares al buscar desayuno cerca del hotel.
