a bit run down but staff was friendly and helpful parking lot too small. had to park on street shower controls were broken. Sink had a major drip that would set off motion detector and turn lights on.

The hotel clerk had a terrible attitude, and the room is dirty and old. I checked in around 4am on June 17th. The front desk receptionist/clerk refused to help me checkin and had a terrible attitude. When I asked how is this possible, and I have a reservation. He didn't care to explain the reason and just responded "everything is possible in NY". Horrible experience
Jätteäckligt hotell med skum personal. Det var otroligt smutsigt – gamla matrester, hårstrån, dammtussar, etc – och det saknades i stort sett alt som utlovats. Ingen kaffemaskin, inget gym, och framför allt fungerade inte låskorten så att under fyra dagar fick man fråga personalen om att komma och öppna dörren. Personalen lovade att fixa olika saker men gjorde sen inget. För övrigt var man tvungen att uppge pinkod till sitt kreditkort till personalen vid incheckning och de tog kopia på kortet och pass.
