Dès qu’on est arrivé l’attention était nul, la chambre était très sale, le téléphone ne marcher pas, là toilette était répugnante, on dirait que ça faisait des mois qu’ils nettoient pas la chambre, il avait de la poubelle partout, la chambre n’avait pas un bon odeur, aucune de les trois journées qu’on est resté on a eu du nettoyage pendent notre absence. Disappointed If parking is important to you then be very careful with this place. To say it was limited is an understatement. We did not have space to park. There is maybe space for 10-15 cars in their lot. The room had a smell as soon as we walked in. The front desk staff was rude and he looked bothered by the fact he had to tend to guests. The posting states free breakfast in the morning but that is not true, they don’t offer that at all. The location is great.

Avoid unless no other option The service here was abysmal. The staff was very rude and inattentive, even referring to us as "you people" as a racial derogative. Like other reviews, the battery on the door's lock was broken and so the card keys were useless. We were forced to interact with the understaffed hotel staff, of which there was only ONE person managing everything.
