Poor it's falling apart, very old. Wifi not working, whole in my sheet, marks on the ceiling, moldy bathroom...very humid and kinda stinky. This is not a 3 starts hotel. nothing

Would not recommend this location that does not even have extra sheets for emergency situations. I would like a refund for my time here. When I entered my room, I found out that the sink was broken (water would not properly turn off), and the shower handle was broken. My sheets were stained and when I called the front desk around midnight, no one answered for 20 minutes. It was decent they did not have breakfast and the towels and washcloths were all stained ! once my group arrived we waited about 30 minutes for the receptionist to come to the desk it was by the train station and by food places

Horrible experience The staff who checked me in demanded for a tip. He claimed that he could not see my booking. He further went on to say that the machine to run my card was not working and I had to pay cash. the room had not even a cup or coffee machine. there was a broken jacuzzi in the room! I did not get any housekeeping service and when I asked at the reception on the second night I was told you have to demand for it. грязно, не убираются . убежала с отеля от всего этого . очень грязно , очень не уютно. я жила неделю и не разу у меня не убрались. Персонал не встретил , не объяснил - ни чего. был молодой парень . лестница - если у вас чемоданы - придётся поднимать. все очень грязное - очень не советую расположение не плохое

It’s disappointing that this is level of quality that you get for a well known budget brand. Hairdryer did not work. Shower required a hidden tub faucet pull down to work which is not intuitive and very annoying. Lights other than one lamp were very cold/clinical fluorescent fixtures.
