Definitely not the same post-covid Nothing went well. The night clerk was unhelpful, the sheets were dirty and the shower leaked. No one answered the phone at the front desk when we called three times. Just overall a disappointing experience. The location.

Terrible hotel for being from Wyndham Many things. The guy at the reception is very unpleasant. I arrived early and he offered me to check in early for double the price of a single night. He doesn’t like to use the mic and does not allow you to talk without the window. He doesn’t want to guard your luggage and then, finally, when is check in time they disappear. The water from the bathroom was dripping the whole night and you cannot close the curtains. Just the location near the Metro

Due to location, stay was fine, otherwise no other such attraction in rooms or facilities General / room cleanliness, lack of facilities like electric kettle for hot water etc. Excellent location but rooms are very old in terms of carpet; furniture and toilets. Need a lot of maintenance. To reach to the elevators you need to climb the 4-5 stairs up or down.

Disappointing
Good location, Good price, not the nicest hotel to stay in but it gets the job done. The wifi did not work. There was mold in the bathroom. The other guests were constantly having issues and we would hear them get into arguments with the staff from our room. There was a hole in the jaccuzi tub that made it unusable. The tv had no streaming functionality of any kind. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The location is excellent and it has an easy to reach parking.
