Very Poor room smells, sheets had holes, shower is weak, garbage piling up everywhere. Just avoid if you can doenst worth it. Photos on site do not reflect the truth nothing

Extremely unhygienic & dirty hotel Extremely dirty rooms, upholstery & carpets have foul smell, broken furniture, mould in washrooms & refrigerator,bed bugs, corridors noisy, heard of thefts here,very bad internet connection The hotel needs renovation. Shocked to see how it’s operating. I would never ever recommend to anyone. Nothing at all…highly unprofessional and disappointing experience. Please donot stay in this property. This hotel needs major changes. Shocking to know how are they operating, violating health services

Es el peor hotel, no deberían tenerlo en su catálogo, en las fotos se vende muy bien, pero la realidad es horrible! Todo el hotel pésimo, instalaciones, limpieza, no funcionaban las llaves, pésimo servicio del personal. Es el peor hotel, no deberían tenerlo en su catálogo, en las fotos se vende muy bien, pero la realidad es horrible!

Fair At booking a room with a view of elevated subway track was asked for. However, we were given a room with a view of the back wall and car park 🤔

Dirty rooms and rude staff. Unproffessional. Staff unhelpful and even rude. As soon as we got to the room after check in we noticed how dirty the room was. Going in to the toilet there was literally remained sticky urine on toilet seat, with hair. I went down to the reception told the person about the room. His response was: ”Impossible”. And further babbles on about how the rooms get cleaned everyday. I tell him he can come with me to the room so I can show him. He declines the offer. I wish I was outside the whole day and only had to sleep in the hotel when I came back... The customer service,bathroom door was broken and they didn’t fix it after telling them for 3 days,bad microwave Location
