Dirty, Horrible When we got to our room, there were clumps of hair in the shower, stains on the bed sheets, blood stains on the curtains, and broken furniture. After contacting Booking.com for a refund they stated that I would have to go through the hotel. I called consecutively for 4 days and no one answered the phone. I had to contact La Quinta customer service. There was nothing good about this hotel.

Staff were pleasant but not helpful and facilities were not up to par. The elevator button was broken so we walked up 3 flights of stairs with our luggage. In our room, the shower curtain and grout had mildew. The bed mattress sagged. But must critically the air conditioner did not work well. We informed the front desk and asked for a new room with a working air conditioner. We were told someone would check out the conditioner. Never again the bed was comfortable but too big for the room; the room was too small; the bathroom was a disaster; no paint on the ceiling to cover the mold residue; mold around the tub; they keys didn't work so we had to have someone come up from reception to let us in every time we left the room. There was no cleaning service, not even to empty garbage; no clean towels, bed wasn't made; the location;

Mal servicio Las habitaciones muy simples, no había jabón en el baño; cuando quería ducharme no bajaba el agua y no había intrucciones como hacerlo, me tocó volver a vestirme para bajar a recepción y pedirles que me expliquen como funciona la ducha. Regresé a la habitación y al fin funcionó la ducha pero ahora el agua no se iba por la tubería, nuevamente llamé a recepción y enviaron una persona para que arregle la tuberia y pueda correr el agua. Not what is advertised The website said they had a breakfast. I confirmed and they said they did only to get here and to tell me they didn't. My room key didn't work and staff had to let me in each time. I had no phone no ice bucket in my room (they gave me a bag at the desk.) My door didnt have a safety lock and the shower didn't work and there was no way to stop up the tub to take a bath. The staff was very nice and as helpful as they could be.

Horrible Dirty, and mold. No breakfast. Room door didn’t work. I will send pictures to corporate office Absolutely nothing. I was very disgusted with the rooms. I took pictures. Then our keys didn’t work so someone always had to open the door for us. We were told we’d get breakfast and never did. Service was not the best. Room with outdated and not clean.

ひどいが安い 清潔さ(蠅が大量にいる)。 朝食付きだが会場の不衛生さで一度も食べる事を躊躇させられた。 ロケーション
