Disappointing Old n bad smell in towels and bed sheets Location
Fair Schimmel op het gordijn, schimmel op de douchekop, raam kon niet helemaal dicht, gordijnen waren niet verduisterend en waren kapot. Ontbijt was niet zoals geadverteerd en vonden wij erg slecht weinig keus. De prijs die was prima, het personeel was vriendelijk, locatie niet slecht vlak bij de metro

Very, very disappointing. We repeatedly tried to contact the hotel for 2 days prior to guests arriving to ask if we could pre pay with a credit card, as the employer (whose card we used for the booking) was not going to be present. No-one answered the phone. Bookings.com also tried to contact the hotel without success. Our guests then had to use their own cards to pay, as the front desk would not allow the card on file to be charged, and they were not very pleasant or helpful. We will never stay at this hotel again.
