Customer service the evening I checked in was nice. Entering the room it had a funky smell. It felt humid . I noticed t Almost everything. It was not a comfortable stay. Nothing really. Just a convient location for my stay.

Our 7 night experience. The floors weren't cleaned and the top of night stands or desk were dusty. There was hairs of previous people in the shower there was towels that seemed to be burnt with a lighter. When I asked for more it seemed to bother them. The main issue we had was us not being able to hang out by the pool due to there being a large group of grown men (construction workers) drinking and partying by the pool or by the grass area. Not good... The stay was just bad...I was called by one of the staff members to ask where I was and why I hadn't checked in yet? I was there for a funeral and literally left dinner with my family to go check in because I was afraid my hotel room was going to be taken...There was hair that was not mine on the bed...the toilet...and the bathtub...the paint was chipping from the bathtub...the room smelt like mold/stale air? They just want to secure your reservation when booking is pretty full, however you don't have to rush to check in. As long as you confirmed your arrival time they will keep it for you. Fair Breakfast over at 8. We stay here a lot always a hit or miss on the bed, had to change rooms due to the bed being like a rock, but the had no problems moving us to a better room. I don’t like the fact I get charged an extra night each time and have to wait for my money even after we have paid for all the nights we stay makes no sense. Clean and affordable as long as I get my deposit back.

Very Poor
Never again. No follow-up on requested crib for toddler. Ended up sleeping on floor with my child due to fear she would fall off bed. Room smelled moldy. Internet was down. Business office was useless. Staff doesn't wear masks. Restroom super small. No wash clothes. Pantene shampoo. Shower pressure. Room cools quick.
