Okay Smells like cigaretts in the halls and rooms, even by the non smoking rooms sign in the hall lol Its very outdated, the pictures are promising but the actual place is very disappointing. I liked it was stocked with what u need, they are nice staff.

Bad Sheets weren’t cleaned .. rude management Horrible experience

Fair Room felt musty, there were a few bugs, and coffee was a little watered down The customer service was great and traveling with a dog it's pet friendly thats a plus

Wouldn't stay again The room smelled really bad almost unbearable the power to the TV sucked and a $100 dollar for pet fee was ridiculous The location was good

Rooms were fine. Staff was not competent. Biggest complaint is that they gave my room away to someone else. I reserved 4 rooms with 2 beds almost 3 months before my stay. When I showed up after 2 days and 30 hours of travel, they had 3 double bed rooms and 1 single bed room. Travelling with 16 people, that clearly was not enough beds. They only had 1 cot, so I ended sleeping on a double bed with my wife and 7-year old sideways sleeper. They also billed me for all 4 rooms, rather than billing the others I had travelled with. ... read more
