Fair upon arrival told additional charge of $4. Policy of local LA quinta. Billing received made no mention of additional charge. I was not happy as no good reason given for that charge. Location

Poor It smell bad. I don't like where the TV is placed. It's not appropriate. Staff

Bad The bathroom sink kept running & making noise all night, did not get good sleep all night, needs to be checked out, I did tell the front desk about the issue, she said I had to call the manager on Tuesday, that not a good answer, if someone else stays there they will not sleep well either. Clean

Disappointing The floors were sticky, stains on mattress cover/ mattress, bathroom wasn’t very clean, no bath mat ( almost slipped on wet tiles), stuff stuck to the ceiling

Disappointing The facilities are old. Cops were there when we checked in. There are stains on walls and carpet. Lighting is dim. Strong deodorizing smell throughout. Location off the highway for easy access. Staff was very friendly.

Bed Stay Messed up reservation, room had all kinds of problems, wanted to charge for my pet even though I had put the information about pet when making reservation, breakfast was horrible. AC worked well.

Bad The ac unit in the room did not work very well. The room was clean and spacious.

Had to get cops involved to get wedding jewelry back If cleaning staff didn't steal wedding jewelry Had an issue with cleaning staff stealing
