Fair the room needs a new bed and new pillows. room was clean but sleeping was terrible. with booking website, reservations were simple and convienent.

Pleasant Being lied to by the owner, when I checked in I was told they had a confirmation on my credit card and the funds would not come out till I check out. The next day the owner calls me in my room and says my card has been declined. Which the money was there and they already had approval. Ma'am please know that we do not lie to our guests. As all hotels do, we require either payment or authorization on a card at check-in. Your card declined at check-in and this should have been communicated to you at the time and for this I apologize. I called your room the next day in order to get this resolved.
