Pleasant Being lied to by the owner, when I checked in I was told they had a confirmation on my credit card and the funds would not come out till I check out. The next day the owner calls me in my room and says my card has been declined. Which the money was there and they already had approval. Ma'am please know that we do not lie to our guests. As all hotels do, we require either payment or authorization on a card at check-in. Your card declined at check-in and this should have been communicated to you at the time and for this I apologize. I called your room the next day in order to get this resolved. Never go there again. The room smelled like mold. There where Cock roaches in the lobby. Nothing

I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay. Please note we inspect all rooms everyday for any kind of mold/mildew issues. We did not find any mold in your particular room but will keep an eye on it. We also do have monthly pest control and are not aware of any roach issues. Please give us another chance during your next stay. I once again apologize for any inconvenience to you.
Terrible! Hot tub and fitness room under repair. Had planned to use both. Noisy kids! Bad AC unit. Eggs were powdered (or tasted artificial). Sausage not good. No juices out first day. Reg yogurt available first day. Good bacon second day.
Fair The noise from other guests was pretty typical though people slamming their doors at 2:30-3:30 in the morning was sometime rough to accept. Everyone could easily hear the trains going by throughout the night and the train horns were loud so they often woke us up. Lots of loud vehicles racing up and down the roads adjacent to the hotel though it died down after about 1:30 in the morning. Staff were very pleasant.

Okay The sofa bed in our room was extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast was good. Clean.

Will not stay there again. Bed was hard, pillows small and too soft--my head went straight down to the bed. No assistance with luggage. And I do not think they had WiFi at all. Staff was friendly
