Poor No hot water and didn't get to take a shower

Bad People next door were up and loud until 4am husband and I slept for an hour and had a fishing trip scheduled for that morning. The staff said they were unable to do anything about it.

Nice room, terrible service Musty smell in lobby and rooms, and most of all the terrible Front desk clerk the evening of 08/06. She clearly didn’t enjoy her job and certainly should not be in customer service. I’ve never left a negative review but this one is earned. Location, quietness, size of the room

Fire alarm went off in middle of night. Thank goodness you had an alarm system. Coffee could have been hot. The humidifier machine had the clean filter light on. Room was big enough. Location worked for my travel. Coffee machine in room.

our stay was uncomfortable. hotel smelled bad, room was bright couldn’t shut the curtains all the way, sink was clogged, tv didn’t work, lamp lights were flashing, bath tub was dirty or stained, we only had (2) towels for a (2) night stay for (2) people. towels

Hi David, Thank you for providing us with feedback on your stay. I do apologize that it was uncomfortable for you. Our curtains do have a brown decorative set that is in front that dont close but the sheer and the blackout curtains are behind those. Some people miss those tucked back there. Please feel free to ask for extra towels any time during your stay. Two towels are standard for a single bed room but its no problem if you need extra.
