There was jelly on the lamp stand dusty also carpet was dirty the pool granite was breaking off from pool no mark off No vending machines at all The beds were comfortable

I am sorry you had issues when you stayed with us our property. Please know that when you came in the morning of your check out I did note all the issues and had them addressed immediately. I did also notify the GM of the issues with the pool where the tiles needed to be replace. We do appreciate when guest let us know of these things. Fair the room needs a new bed and new pillows. room was clean but sleeping was terrible. with booking website, reservations were simple and convienent.
The front desk at checkout was rude and unprofessional and she is the reason I will be taking my business elsewhere! We Customer service unprofessional and rude
The sofa beds are horrible!!!! Clean and very comfortable.
