our stay was uncomfortable. hotel smelled bad, room was bright couldn’t shut the curtains all the way, sink was clogged, tv didn’t work, lamp lights were flashing, bath tub was dirty or stained, we only had (2) towels for a (2) night stay for (2) people. towels

Our curtains do have a brown decorative set that is in front that dont close but the sheer and the blackout curtains are behind those. Some people miss those tucked back there. Please feel free to ask for extra towels any time during your stay. Two towels are standard for a single bed room but its no problem if you need extra. My unpleasant stay I did not like the fact that my room was on clean they still had dog food all over the floor I took a picture of it it was a very unpleasant feeling they did not vacuum up the floor I asked for it to be confiscated and they said that they can do nothing but just take taxes out for my stay I will not be staying there again and I would not recommend it because the housekeeping doesn’t do the job how do I know if my sheets were even clean with Covid going on they need to be thoroughly clean
Worst hotel I have ever stayed at, stay away! The La Quinta in Alvin is filthy. Third floor smells so foul that we immediately went to the front desk to request a different room. The second room smelled better, but was filthy. Filthy walls, filthy carpet, hair in the bathtub. At this point we were not going to request another change of room. Room was Musky, had portable Dehumidifier in it, kept having to empty the water some room wouldn’t become humid The room Lovation

Thank you for the review and we apologize about the inconvenience. We are in a very humid area and therefore have installed de-humidifiers in all rooms to increase guest comfort. We apologize for the need to empty it often but this is the indication that the de-humidifier is working as intended. We hope you stay with us again.

I’ll never stay here again. The curtains don’t completely close so there is lots of light coming through in the mornings. They charged me $20 a day for my dog when it clearly said online there were no pet fees. The toilet wasn’t flushing all the time. There is a line down the center of the tv. There is a dehumidifier in the room for some reason so that extra noise drowns out the noise of the hotel.
Bad I looked at pictures of 13 rooms and the 1 I chose showed a Jacuzzi in the room however at check in there was no jaccuzi in the room.

We do not have any pictures of Jacuzzi tubs on any website. We do not have jacuzzi listed as an amenity anywhere. We allowed you check out of your room without a charge after you were in there for an hour even though this room could not be rented to another guest.
