It looks much nicer online. Someone had their dog barking in a room at night. I was disappointed that the grill closed down at 7:00. Seemed early for the area, that usually is for people who travel.
There was trash stacked in the hallway for 2 days while we were there. We did not have any hot water & the ac did not work. So sleeping was awful.
The doors were locked and there were no visible employees around. I tried to call and got no answer. So I had to stand around and wait for someone to realize customers were lining up outside. The whole building smelled bad, mix of mold and dust. The room was very musty and hot. You're unable to control the temperature in your own room. I've stayed here several times and have never had a bad thing to say but this recent visit was drastically different. Very disappointed.
It was not clean. We left
Reserved rooms just for it to not be ready for check in
Only good thing is the free shuttle and location to ballparks

I got there to check in and they told me they didn’t have a reservation for me. I showed them the reservation code and they asked me if I had received a phone call from the hotel. Of course I had not received a phone call. Then they proceeded to tell me that they gave the room away and they were booked.

I am so sorry. Our system pre-authorizes room and tax for the first night, and apparently the card you reserved with declined, but we call each guest first to try and reach them. 7529 were the last numbers we show to have called. Please accept my apologies
Reserved to suite rooms with pool view. Did not get room with pool view but with parking lot. My guest I made the reservation for was given a room that was already taken.. they were upset to walk into a room which was not a suite and to see someone else’s belongings on the bed was embarrassing. They eventually got a suite room that smelled really bad almost like urine.
I did not enjoy the stay at all. I was in town for a police convention, and people were in the pool until after midnight and running up and down the halls until 2:30 AM. I finally opened the door and ask the kids to go to their room and be quite. The fact that on the door handle for the closet, there appeared to be dried blood on the handle and around the door knob.....not sure exactly what is was.
