Room keys didn’t work. Had to go to front desk no less than 20 times to reset room key. Very frustrating.

I got at property by 9:30 PM and my doubled king bed suite was not available. They offered just a room, double standard bed. Those beds could not fit us, as my kids are 6.01 and 5.11 and myself 6.04! Them as soon as a spare campaign bed arranged, we did go into a nice sleep! Issue them fire alarm went off. That alarm was a false one, but enough to have all the facility to be evacuated and inspected by fire department!

The airport shuttle driver, Donald was rude and demanded tips. He even called me back after he dropped us off at the airport and told me we needed to pay for the shuttle. Not true! This hotel advertises a free airport shuttle.

Nice clean Property. Good breakfast. However the customer service I received checking in was not the best I paid in advance for my stay and got charged again at check-in. I asked the peeson at the counter and he said the charge was pending and it will be dropped. Fast foward at check out, I asked for a receipt and they said they will send it thru email. I have been staying at LaQuinta for years around the world and it has progressively gone downhill. This specific location, I have stayed at a minimum of 6 stays over the years because it is so close to Six Flags and hurricane harbor. I am appalled that our toilet had poop smeared on the lid when we first walked in the room and did a cleanliness inspection. I was completely disgusted! Front Desk sent someone to clean but she began to tell me that it wasn’t poop and that it is something that comes up from the toilet it’s flush... read more

We were promised a king and double bed but they informed us they only had a king and a roll away. This is why we reserved ahead of time but they overbooked.
