Old beds and crime My wife and I stayed for 5 days on a pre paid reservation. While there we had to change rooms because the bed was too uncomfortable to sleep on. We tried 4 different rooms all the same. A car got broken into in the handicap parking directly in front of the hotel. My medication bottle in our suitcase was opened and 4 pain pills (opiate) taken and the rest poured out in suitcase. I reported it to the manager and was told I would be contacted by the regional manager. I was never contacted. Do not stay here!!!

Avoid The staff was not accommodating at all and fails to have any interest in retaining frequent La Quinta guests. We will never stay in a La Quinta again.

So LOUD!!! We were suppose to stay 5 nights, but after the first night we checked out! Our room was level with hwy 18 and we heard the freeway traffic all night long. The walls are so thin!!! There was a baby and a dog next door that was just as bad as the traffic! This hotel is way overpriced for its location. Will never stay there again!!

Train tracks There is a train switching yard 1/2 mile from the hotel that ran all night and kept us awake. :(

I was unaware the room we booked was a pet friendly room, it smelled like wet dog, the fan in the bayhroom did not work, I told the front desk about it, they offered for us to pack up our belongings and bring to the front desk and they would move it to another room, I had my 87 year old mom with us, she uses a walker and die to the hassle of moving we stayed in the stinky room. Our stay. Cons: Outdoor seating. Location: Not very much to do in the area. Fantastic staff! The spa wasn't working and there is no outdoor seating. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Bright lights all night long. There were no blackout curtains covering the one large window. I didn't realize this since I was exhausted and fell asleep early. But I woke up after midnight to find a parking security light pointed directly into the room, making it brighter than it was during the day. When I called the front desk they told me they were fully booked and could not do anything about it. Needless to say I was frustrated, exhausted, and even upon checkout they did nothing to compensate me for the problem.

I am sorry you were unable to find the blackout curtains. They were tucked back behind the other curtains. I will teach all of our attendants to pull those out a little bit so they are more noticeable. Thank you for letting us know.
We got back to our room at 11:00 pm and the room next to us the kids were screaming and slamming doors, jumping off the bed etc. We called the front desk to complain but this went on to 3:00 am. We will NEVER stay there again
