Sack "breakfast to go" stinks! If the company is not going to reduce rates then don't advertise "breakfast included" if it isn't available. Unhealthy junk in a sack is not breakfast!! Location has deteriorated due to influx of homeless and street people.
The gal that checked us in was excellent but it was all downhill from there. The room smelled moldy, toilet seat was broken, tub wouldn’t drain until 10mins after you shower, curtains wouldn’t close, and the phone would ring all the time with no one on the line. We asked if we could get a different (better) room or a refund and they just said no.
small pieces of garbage on carpet and bathroom counter. hair on blanket, and trash all over grounds. needle cap and lots of garbage in pet area.

Left behind items in the closet After check out, I called to retrieve my belongings 6 hours later and the staff said they didn’t find anything. I call bullshit... who ever cleaned room 315 on the day of 9/14/20 after I checked out stole my stuff.

Overall experience was disappointing. Hotel sign says to wear mask but the employee was not wearing the mask. Ask for additional service but since one person was working, you have to go to the lobby to pick them up. At night, too much highway and train noise.

The animal smell was awful and I was not in a pet room
We left a day early and found a more suitable hotel in the area. The train tracks next to our room were loud, there were no curtains on the windows and the room smelled of old cigarettes.
Every time we travel to Auburn we always choose to stay at this location! The staff is always wonderful the rooms are clean the pool was clean as well. We love that they have complementary coffee cocoa tea and lemon water for the guests at all hours and not just a limited time… The only downfall is if you stay on the street side of the hotel it can be a bit noisy outside with the traffic. But we love this hotel and that’s only a few short miles to Muckleshoot casino major grocery stores and the outlet mall
