it is 2 block to the subway. it is a food and stores close to the hotel. the neighborhood it is not cool. The staf it is not frendly.

We Left Before We Stayed.... The front desk guy was the only positive thing. There were people doing drugs and publicly urinating where I was supposed to leave my car. There were rats everywhere and our room was clearly masked with a severe amount of febreeze and there were stains on the headboard. My friends and I left immediately and had to find another place to stay.

Location is not conducive for business travel. Hotel charge my card for a stay that was pre-paid through hotels.com - fighting now for the refund. Do not stay there.

Rude manager Phone was not working. There was no force in shower water. My booking was already paid through hotel.com, but manager came knocking on my door saying your card waa rejected, you need to pay?! I have a receipt which clearly states I have paid it. Rude manager.

Hotel in the HOOD! Pros: Kitchen and cleaning staff were pleasant. Front desk receptionist Shay was a very nice young lady. Cons: They shouldnt rent to any and everybody. People could always be heard arguing ,cussing !! Location: Trains are close by!! Great for people who simply need to get out of the bad neighborhood-they knew nothing about prior to booking!!! would never recommend this hotel!! You would feel safer in a tent in Central Park. My Stay was a good stay. And the staff at the front desk was very friendly. The only down part about my stay was that the door to my room would not lock once I closed it. If it was not for the door bolt I would have to sleep the door open. I had to put my personal stuff in my friends room who was right next to mine. But if they was not with me who knows who could have walked in my room to take my stuff. When I called to tell the front desk. I was told that someone will be right up to check and no one showed up. Why As I waked in the side of the hotel was filled with garbage. As if they missed garbage day. For 3 days. The computers were down so they could see my reservation but they couldn't "find" it. When they did they had to charge me again for my stay. In the room on the bathroom floor had paper towel and a piece of condom wrapper. The TV didn't work. When I mentioned my first night it wasnt working someone was supposed to come and fix it. Day 3 it was still not working. I had no TV for 3 days.
