No parking. No lobby facilities no breakfast area or breakfast. Toilet had stool and unhealthy. Floors unkept.. i will never ever visit that location
The parking area is not monitored and you shouldn’t have to pay $25 in advance for a spot that’s not guaranteed. On top of that, they only give you 2 pillows for a queen size bed & the pillows aren’t even fluffy. The front desk has to give you soap that should be in the room…,.it gave me ghetto vibes. The only thing I liked is that the room was spacious and the walk-in shower was clean….that’s it.
It was cheap for the time we booked it. I would not go back there again!
This hotel staff service was terrible. My room smelled like cigarettes smoke. Outside of the hotel you have to deal with poverty. Bed sheet were not clean had to request blanket several times
went to a concert came late but can't access rear entrance cause is not working so drove back to the front to drop my girlfriend so she can open the rear door for me , but she felt scared caused no-one in the lobby at that time .since the parking is the rear not to mention lot of strangers on that alley.i was charged 25.00 to park in the rear at least y'all need to improve or fix those access cards. thank you
People staring you down as you walk in, told me the check in lady wasn’t in yet at 2:45pm. Check in was in 15 minutes. Was told to park in the back and we got mugged, people congregated doing drugs. Turned right around and got a reservation somewhere else. Called to cancel my reservation and was told that only Expedia could help me, I contacted expedia and they never texted me when a representative was available, worst traveling experience I’ve had.

Nothing, dirty carpet, you have to clean your own room, service is terrible, hallway smell smoke. Junkies Avery were around the property. The back of the property is full of drug users Daly.
