BED BUGS!!!! The front desk staff was the only good thing about our one night stay here. We checked into the room and there was a strong smell of marijuana coming from the above floor. We had booked a queen room but they did not have one available so they put us in a king room. I pulled out the couch bed and the mattress was stained and not in very good condition. The sheets left for us in the closet were also stained and disgusting. I had to ask for a blanket. The one they gave us was very thin. There was hair in the shower... read more

The staff is very nice. The room is nice and comfortable. The hotel is in a sketchy area. The hotel is used by locals that are helped by the government. This locals are noisy and loud at hours that we pay to sleep, therefore we could not fall asleep or if we did we were awaken by their loud talking. The breakfast is basic and though the staff is nice is probably up to the management to improve it. The scrambled eggs were burnt. The bagels were defrosted, boiled eggs were frozen, no regular creamcheese for 3 days.

Breakfast staff was rude, they didn’t keep up with what was empty like eggs unless asked - then it seemed like a task
