Had an issue with the attendant over charging for no reason but was fixed after the following shift came in

The facility is supposed to be a non-smoking facility. I booked it because of that. Yet the person in the next room was smoking their ass off and when I complained all I got was sorry. Nothing was done about it. I can't inhale smoke. It makes me sick. I wasn't given another room nothing. I am never staying there again.

The staff at this property are great! But there is an odour to the building that we found offensive. It seems to be a mix of mould and pesticide. The staff try really hard to make it a good experience for the guests, but they can’t control the upkeep of this premises. Major repairs need to be made to eliminate the water that leaks from the ineffective barrier in the accessible showers.

Good location close to public transport and shops. Negatives: 1) Room in the basement... 2) Front Desk Staff totally disinterested in guests and customer service 3) My room had leaking toilet (leaking on the floor) remote control for the TV didn't work from the bed only from very close proximity to the TV. Wouldn't recommend to stay there. What I would recommend is dollar pizza place which is close by. Ladies from housekeeping. Keep it up liked your positive attitude.
