The staff is terrible. I complained about the room smell like smoke,when we arrived. Only to be accused of smoking in the room when i checked out, and had the authorities called on me to escort us off the property. I will never spend a night there again.

Don't you think you should maybe tell people that pay over $500 for a 3 nite stay that you also use your location as a homeless shelter??? We will NEVER stay there again!! Babies crying all nite long, couple outside the front of the hotel fighting! It's a total mess!!!

Worst hotel in Brooklyn The worst hotel experience of my life. Officially a non smoking hotel, but our bathroom smelled like someone was constantly smoking in there. One day we had even smoke from marijuana come through the ventilation system. We all got sick. Door lock was broken and never fixed. Water faucet was loose and very hard to turn water on. Breakfast was not good at all. The area around hotel looked scary with graffiti everywhere. Our worst experience

Think twice before staying at this hotel The location wasn't the best and families live at this hotel. Rethink staying here.
