Didn't like my surroundings around the area! Was not told when i booked there were limited parking spaces! So i had to park outside, i was told bh the front desk that my car would be ok outsids but i had to move it before 10:00 am! At 9:30 when i went to move my car i already had a ticket by sanitation! So i was not very disappointed with my stay! 😡

Dont even bother with this hotel. I booked over a month in advance I got there and was greeted with a lady saying “this isn’t a normal hotel and I couldn’t stay here.” Despite my confirmation proof on Expedia app. The front desk guy then looked me up and said that my reservation was canceled a few weeks ago and that they claim to have sent a email to Expedia. Which Expedia had no knowledge of. I had to find somewhere else to stay with my two young kids. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend.

We had two rooms there. My adult children left after two days due to the smoky smell of their non-smoking room and rented elsewhere, despite 3 more paid days on their room. After asking three times I got one chair for us to sit on in the small room. I will say the staff are nice and were accommodating on some other small things. However our room wasn’t consistently serviced, and the breakfast staff didn’t show up the last morning we were there. We luckily had two bagels left from the day before.
