Disappointing The hall where our room was filthy. Stuff all over the hallway. And nobody bothered to vacuum it. And my husband went to the 2nd floor to get ice and he said it was even worse.

Broken shower, friendly staff. My shower head in my room was cracked. When it was turned on it sprayed water everywhere including on my clothes for the day. The room had a second shower head on the wand, but the bracket that holds the wand was broken as well. Bad was to start a day when traveling for business. Staff was friendly

Horrible The air conditioning sounded like a helicopter, the bathroom in my room was dirty, there were tons of kids running all over the place all night being loud, I did not get a minutes sleep and had to work the entire day the next morning. When I complained about everything upon check out, she just said I’ll direct your complaint to the proper channel. What does that even mean? The location

Proper etiquette What I didn't like was upon check-in and no I was not requesting an early check in the desk clerk totally ignored us for 5 minutes. She was not busy so I politely asked her do you need my reservation number so we can get checked in. I had my two granddaughters with me and they receded on the couch. Disappointed The entire hotel smelled like weed on the 2nd floor and my children even noticed. Called the front to tell them my issue and he said “I’ll spray febreeze” we stay here OFTEN and didn’t expect that as acceptable behavior. The hot tub was hot the pool could’ve been warmer

The room was okay, however the front desk clerk was unprofessional and rude. This may have been my last time to stay at Front desk clerk was frustrating and unprofessional. The stay was a-ok x the door to the bathroom was really hard to close. The fridge was disconnected when we got there. It looked clean and presentable

I had to check out at 12:30 a.m. due to roaches coming out of my air conditioner The place need to be exterminated there was roaches in my room. As soon as I seen the road just coming out of the air conditioner I checked out at 12:30 a.m. The location was good I did not have breakfast because there was roaches in my room.

Sucks The fact she checked me in under another reservation, and so they cancelled my reservation and applied over 375 dollars worth of additional charges, which they charged over 576 dollars on my card and left me without anything, and couldn’t even fix it until the next day and they said they would give me my money back, which they did but not until I was already headed home and went a day and half without funds.
