All we really needed was a bed for the night so it served it’s purpose. But probably wouldn’t stay here again. The hotel was having some construction done which is just part of life BUT the staff took no initiative to at least let us know at checkin that the closest elevator was out of order and where to find the other until we finally asked. There was also no working ice or vending machines. The location was good. Close to see real restaurants and easy to get to.

It can be better not clean and the staff need to be nicer to their customers. I can't really say they need to keep the hotel up

Fair Not sure why you sign up for this Booking.com for the hotel to call you and make you paid rt then over the phone. Why not just take that pay later option away then. I also don’t like haven’t to leave an additional $100 deposit when they already have a card on file. I still haven’t recieved that back. I understand lower end hotels but this is a new one. I will not be staying here again

Disappointing room recently painted, but left paint on trim, door handles, faucet fixtures, wood floor. staff not welcoming. room not very clean.

Look for somewhere else to sleep!! The property was recently painted but paint droppings on carpets (inside & outside of room), paint all over floor in room, lumpy pillows (need to be thrown out!), and some of the light fixtures would not turn off - had to unscrew the light bulbs. The Dove products in the shower.

Incredibly disappointing. Room was not clean. Something red on the alarm clock. Wouldn't touch it. Dresser looked like a dog ate half of it It honestly looked like it was in the middle of a renovation but they just stopped. New paint all over the AC unit. Whoever hired that painter needs their job evaluated. . Close to my destination

breakfast was good. room was not in greatest shape. remote was missing, destroyed furniture, room had recently been painted so there was a strong paint odor and mess left behind from painters (debris on bathroom counters) good location, and good breakfast
