OK place to spend a night - check out downtown Castle Rock! The finishing details like the caulking, trim, grout were scuffed and made the bathroom look less clean. The desk needed to be wiped off (greasy) and had water damage. The bagged breakfast was acceptable in Covid protocol, but it seemed weird to have bagged breakfast when the staff and guests were not wearing masks. Beware You should NOT say hot breakfast with fresh waffles and actually give people fruit in a bag! Heated pool with hot tub spa? What a joke, the girl told me they don't put on the jets because of children! What did I pay for then? Parents should be responsible for their children. The pool area was empty, just me, and still I couldn't have the jets. RIP OFF! These two things was the ONLY reason I chose this hotel! Never again... The bed was soft

Be careful what you book on the internet Way over priced room. No breakfast which I was not told until I saw the sign. Loud bar next door and when asked for another room was told that there was no noise and only offered a room down the hall. Most uncomfortable bed, pillows and general atmosphere. The bonus was the train that sounded a warning horn from 4:25 to 4:50- horrible!!!! This place is the worst place I have ever stayed and paid $160 for one night! The reason they were only able to move you down the hall was due to availability of rooms if there had been a room available on another floor there would have been no issue. We do apologize for the train however we do not operate the trains and have no control over their schedule. Thank you for your review.

Had to switch rooms because the shower head came off. The second room was worst than the first one The hot tub didn't have jets. Pool was small The breakfast was a brown bag. Are room was okay

Frustrating stay at hotel which might be fine in other circumstances They did not have our reservation from Booking.com (I don't know if it was their error or the website's) and refused to honor the rate even when shown the reservation. Also, they only offered a bagged grab and go breakfast. I don't know if the state requirements mandate this but our other hotels so far on our trip who offer breakfast, have had a normal pre-covid breakfast.
