The girl that worked at the front desk was rude and didn’t even try to help us when we asked her questions. The guy Came The beds were unbearable and that the breakfast was not available to us said the girl at the front desk That it is pet friendly and we had our privacy as well as safety
Awful ... very unfriendly, snotty staff Most unfriendly staff I have seen ... everyone seemed unhappy ... when I checked out today, I asked if there was availability for tonight... I could not hear her mask muffled response ... when she repeated she was obviously very put out and said “We have availability” in such a snotty way I decided then and there never to stay there again I was told to get out of the breakfast area
Hilton and Marriott brands are basically the same price but with much better customer service. The individual HVAC fan blew on high all night. Very loud. Could not get it to turn off. LOUD!!!!!!!! The noise kept me up most of the night. They moved us to another room for the 2nd night. The HVAC was a "new"model. Quiet. When I went to use the toilet, IT WAS FULL OF *******. Must not have been cleaned for a while since toilet paper was dried on the sides - I tried to flush several times but human waste did not go down. Told fro... read more

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Not sure how that issued could have occurred our rooms are cleaned by housekeeping and double verified by staff in order to make sure this does not happen. I will pass your comments along to staff in order to create better future stays for all guest.
The staff was outstanding. The tile and doors etc in room were not in good shape. We found old personal cleaning items (used cotton pads etc) on the floor in the bathroom and under the bed that were missed by the cleaning staff. The walls were thin and we could every footstep of the guests staying above us starting at 6am. (The front desk did credit us $10 off of our stay) Would suggest requesting a room on the second floor next time. The staff was very friendly and nice!
Violent Experience at This Property I was violently verbally attacked and thrown out by the manager for simply having a difference of opinion. It was terrible and I was very sick after it. I have filed many complaints. I felt I was attacked for my religion. I called police who intervened on my behalf. Paramedics had to come for me as well because the incident set off a heart problem. Nothing. Horrible place. Very hurtful. I recommend people boycott it.

Our policy is and will always be that we do not clean rooms while our guest is still in the room. This is to protect our guest and our staff from anything bad happening behind closed doors and not to mention COVID. Bad choice! The manager Derek was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. He brought me to tears by being so mean. I will never stay here again and run the risk of having to deal with him again. Also, the fitness center doesn’t “open” till 8, which is kind of late in the morning if you’d like to work out before with work. It should also be mentioned that every time I used it during open hours, i needed someone from the front desk to unlock it for me. Free WiFi

Whenever booking through a third party website, like Booking in order to change or alter your reservation you must call that third party website . Also due to the COVID situation yes we do require a desk person to unlock the gym because we do sanitize after each guest use.
