Disappointing When we arrived, in one of our 2 rooms the a/c did not work. The staff was very accommodating in getting us a new room. Neither refrigerator in our rooms got cold enough to keep food in or refrigerator cold packs. The rooms always felt humid even after a night having the a/c running. The staff were nice and worked to help. The water pressure was good in the shower and the rooms and hotel in general were clean.

Poor Bed was terrible. Refrigerator did not work. No breakfast. Floors were dirty There was no breakfast

Very Poor Unsanitary Room smelled terrible, black soot from carpet stained feet & socks…. No staff to clean

Horrible Staff was SUPER RUDE. I always travel to La Quinta and I am not impressed with this location. Horrible customer service and they charged me 2 times $400 each. Which made my account go negative resulting in a crappy trip just for the hotel staff to tell me that it’s the banks fault Staff was SUPER RUDE. Very poor. Will probably stay at Laquita again just not that particular one. No room service for entire stay. Was told that there was a staff shortage so the rooms were not cleaned or even freshened up. No hot breakfast as we were told there would be staff was good

Ok. The front desk lady named Sydney. We stayed for a while and had her almost every morning. We would ask for breakfast and she seriously made us feel like we were a bother. She was short answered, not friendly and made people feel not welcome. She has a poor attitude that affected even other visitors. Right in front of me, visitors were saying thank you and asking her for things and she was so rude and short worded to everyone. This has happened more than one day, more than a couple of days.
