I slept well, woke early and left. The woman at the front desk was perfunctory at best, increasingly rude and argumentative as my check-in proceeded. She demanded a second credit card for "incidentals" although the card that I was using to pay for the room had been approved. When a different clerk intervened she rolled her eyes toward him and moved away to let him finish my check-in. Poor sleep in a nice room. The bed was terrible, I slept in a hole. Room was nice but bed needs replaced.

Bathroom not safe. Will need to consider another location when visiting relatives in Castle Rock. Bathroom—no safety bars in bath/shower made it unsafe for young children, elderly, and anyone with a handicap or mobility issues. Toilet paper dispenser was too far from toilet—affects same groups as above. Had to lean off seat to reach it. Dispenser designed with “play” in it, not steady making it difficult to tear tissues off roll. Room not serviced one day of 3-day stay. We had to go to front desk for towels. We do have safety bars in a Handicap room for those that are handicap or those with mobility issues. We also have safety bars that can be put in the shower at request. Housekeeping will not enter room to service if there is a guest in the room or if the do not disturb sign is left on. Sorry to hear about these issues regarding your recent stay. Was ok, prefer Hamption Inn Carpet was not clean as should be. Breakfast was so so, room was not as clean as should be, bed was ok.

Good There was no information in the room about hotel services or about the surrounding area. There was only one waste can in the room - an extra one would have been more convenient. We stayed several nights and the first night our sheets had dried blood on them.

Okay There was a football team staying st the hotel and it sounded like they were practicing in the room above us. Management would do nothing about it.
