Depressing and oppressive. I had no control of choices. The elevator was broken . No 1st floor rooms and no refunds because I booked with booking.com. Stairwell was poorly lit. Very creepy and dangerous. My health is not conducive to carrying bags up stairs at high altitude. Thought I would die. Bacon

Never Coming Back. Stay somewhere else. breakfast was poor. Room poorly maintained. A/C was so loud it was unusable. Staff was apathetic. There was no place in the room to put a second suitcase. The room was advertised as "deluxe", what a joke......

It wasn't very good. The pool was cold. And Hot tub had to much chlorine it. It burned my son's eyes. It also burned my daughters legs. I liked that it was close to our event.

$90 was too much on a weekday evening. Place is run down and staff was hard to find. The pics on the site made it look “WAAAY” better. I had to continually ring the bell every time I needed something. Very rarely was anyone at the front entrance. The pool area was just painted weird. Chipped paint, water cloudy, just seems RUN DOWN. The elevators were scratched up inside and just kinda dirty. Convenient to the highway It was not very clean. The faucet in the bathroom had a lot of build up. The bed frame was full of hair and (yuck). The pool smelled terrible.

Decent price, for a decent room with many places to go close by. The fire alarm was set off at 4 am. No explanation was given and when guests began asking for refunds, a hand was put up and everyone was told (more yelled at), "we'll deal with it in the morning!" then the staff member just left the room. Guests were screaming at each other a few rooms down, kids and dogs were running down the halls. Eventually someone came to quiet everything down. Overpriced I booked a queen deluxe and called hotel to ensure it was spacious. I got there and learned the deluxe didn't include the extra space. The coffee and breakfast were terrible. Breakfast should have been categorized as continental breakfast. Maid service was good and efficient
