Will not stay there ever again Cleanliness of the rooms was poor, requested the room to be cleaned and it never happened. The breakfast was horrible. The room had a coffee maker, but no coffee anywhere. The WiFi would only work for short periods of the day. The coffee was ok in the lobby

Disappointing
Room good but location bag. Card keys failed to work. More fruits like bananas and better quality bread or bagels. Breakfast quality was average. Bagels were not good. No fruits except some tiny apples. The only redeeming feature was the waffle maker and fresh waffles.

AWFUL I missed my flight because if this property, your shuttle driver did not show up and I was outside from 4:45 am for a 5:00am pick up at 6:05 I was still waiting. nothing

Poorly managed shuttle Property listed "airport shuttle" but did not state any time restrictions. My confirmation email stated that 11pm was the close of the shuttle, but it was a non-refundable room. Upon arrival to DFW, I called the hotel, and they informed me they would send a van and it would arrive in 10 minutes. I called back after 30 minutes and was told that the van hadn't left and would cost $45 when it arrived in another 10-15 minutes. Disappointing
Poor Was told there was sofa but there wasn't. Booked for 5 adults only fit 4. No cots. I had to get a blanket and sleep on the floor. The duvet covers were dirty and stained with red spots. The shower handle did not adjust so water soaked the floor when you shower. Breakfast
