Disappointing The walls were super thin and you could hear even the person snoring in the next room and what they were watching on tv

Awful…you won’t see me again. Awful pillows. They looked like they’d been dragged out of a dumpster. Couldn’t sleep due to noisy pool party extending into the wee hours of the morning. Proximity to airport

don’t do breakfast . the breakfast buffet. no eggs 1 hour after opening. the waffles were doughy inside after the required cooking time. cleanliness. comfort. good coffee
Bad We were never picked up even after calling 2x We waited 2 1/2 hours fot a pick up and finally slept in the airport

Fair No respetaron la tarifa reservada por Booking Nos recogieron en el aeropuerto rápido y todo hasta ahí iba muy bien.
Very Poor mi esposo se atoró en el elevador a las 11 de la noche y tuvo que intentar salir solo por su cuenta porqe solo había 1 persona en recepción y nadie de mantenimiento, los demás días no se hizo el servicio de cuarto porque no tiene ningún letrero que mencione que tienes que pedirlo en una lista y por último solamente hablan inglés y nadie puede traducir o intentar un idioma más como español o cualqie otro.
