Pesimo servicio Ofrecian el servicio de traslado al y del aeropuerto y al llegar les llame y con la mano en la cintura me dijeron que no habia y que le hiciera como pudiera, que tomara taxi o uber y eso incremento el costo 25 dolares mas y aparte lo que cala es la manera en que te dicen las cosas, no les interesas como cliente La atencion del recepcionista fue de lo peor, me queria hacer cargos extras y el trato rudo hacia los clientes en general, sin ganas de servir y ya cansado y a disgusto en su trabajo

the desk clerk Delish first told me should couldn’t change my room because it was booked through a third party. then she they didn’t have room I requested from Booking.com, Wyndham, and the front desk at the hotel. I am handicapped and requested a room near the check in. I did not request a handicapped room. they had us in room 229 - ten rooms down the floor from the elevator and handicapped. I was unable to walk that distance. it was close to DFW.

Disappointing
They don't take responsibility for their mistakes. I don't recommend it. They were supposed to provide shuttle service but I called more than 20 times for more than 1 hour and no reply. I called the customer service of La Quinta chain of hotels and they tried to Contact the facility or a manager from the facility but no reply either. Then, the guy from customer service told me to take an Uber and that I would be reimbursed when I arrive at the hotel but they were rude and they didnt.
