incompetent the hotel charged me for 2 nights on my credit card instead of the one night I actually booked not one thing

Disappointing The staff was terrible. I waited well over five minutes until someone showed up at the front desk to check us in he finally showed up after we kept calling the front desk and the phone was ringing and ringing. He was being completely rude. But you can totally get over that, there was a constant beeping sound from an area of the hotel that was under construction. would be a great value but room smelled of smoke and no attempt to redress was made. got a smoke smelling room and when I told them right away they said sorry we have no rooms without much apology or redress.

Disappointing La colazione non abbiamo potuto fare . Occorrerebbe offrire breakfast bag per dare opportunità agli ospiti che devono lasciare hotel prima del servizio ,di fare colazione. Visto che è pagata Shuttle. Ottimo servizio per chi come noi aveva volo molto presto mattino.

pplease check their quits if service before giving yhem any new business Limited access to shuttle at the airport . staff would not pick up the phone when we needed a shuttle. we took a taxi costing $28 for a 5-min ride . close to DFW Airport

I won’t choose that hotel again. The room had a dirty vibe, about it. I had a bug in my bed, which I believe was a bed bug. Communication was lacking The shuttle bus.
