This Hotel doesn’t care about their guest!!!! Never stay there!!!!! I left some paintings in this Hotel during my stay when I check out, inside the Hotel in a trolley of the hotel, and the hotel not even answer me any of my email when I asked them about this.. I called them and they didn’t help checking the CCTV. BE CAREFUL staying there as they told me the hotel doesn’t have cameras anywhere in the hotel but the entrance.. so the guests avise there are with no care and no protection. NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!! Nothing

Fair The room had no ice bucket, no cups and no coffee maker The woman working the friend desk was friendly and helpful

Fair No facilities were available. Breakfast was not available as stated in the booking. I asked for a reduction on my room but was told they couldn’t do anything because it was booked through a booking site. Staff were very friendly

staff were nice, room was comfortable, could have had more pillows and more bedding. there were only 3 small pillows, we used the pull out bed, asked for more pillows, never received them. also there was not enough blankets for the pull out bed. no conditioner in the bathroom. nothing was offered for breakfast. I realize with covid there are limits. but no to go options were offered. It was close to the airport, staff were very friendly. pool was nice.

Pleasant enough I have no cell phone so couldn’t call hotel for pick up service. Taxi from airport to hotel is a flat rate of $27.00
